Don’t see your school listed above? Request us to be added to your school’s list of approved vendors! Have your school representative email us the application at admin@creativecultivationstudio.com, then let us know you’ve requested us by submitting a contact form here so we can keep you posted on the status of our application!
Why are charter student policies different from your regular studio policies?
Charter schools have specific requirements for how their funds can be used. Because we’re an approved vendor, we must follow the agreements we have with each charter school. These policies help us remain in compliance while providing a consistent experience for all students.
What happens if my Purchase Order hasn't been approved yet?
We must have your current month’s Purchase Order on file before we can teach lessons. If we haven’t received it by your student’s first scheduled lesson, that lesson will need to be canceled until the PO has been received.
Can I switch my lesson to online instead?
Yes! Private lesson students may switch an in-person lesson to an online lesson with at least 2 hours’ notice. This is a great option if your student isn’t feeling well but is still able to participate from home.
Why can't lessons be rolled into the next month?
Charter Purchase Orders (POs) only cover lessons scheduled during the approved service period. Once that month ends, we can no longer bill the charter school for those lessons, so any rescheduled lessons must be completed within the same month.
What if my child gets sick?
We completely understand! If you let us know before the lesson begins, you may either:
- Reschedule the lesson (subject to teacher availability and completed within the same month), or
- Use one of your two annual Courtesy Cancellations.
Why do I need a payment method on file if my charter school pays for lessons?
Charter funds can only be used for approved lessons that are actually attended. Families are responsible for any cancellation fees, no-show fees, or other charges that aren’t covered by charter funding, so all charter families are required to keep a valid payment method on file.
Can I enroll in Piano Playtime using charter funds?
Yes! Piano Playtime is available through participating charter schools as a full-semester program. Because charter funding is approved by semester, monthly enrollment isn’t available for charter students. Trial classes may be booked separately when space is available.
